We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

  • We offer FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on all products ordered through unless you specifically order for a faster shipping.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 9345838485 or log on to submit a ticket, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Refund Policy

In what scenarios does DieselShip issue refunds?

Refunds are issued by DieselShip only when:

  • The order was cancelled by the customer or DieselShip
  • The customer returned a product and requested for a refund

Returns are not applicable on all the products on DieselShip. Please refer to our Return Policy.

How can I track the status of my refund after returning a product?

Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS to your mobile number.

How can I track the status of my refund after canceling an order?

I've still not received the refund in my account even though DieselShip customer care says that they have processed the refund. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with the financial organisation for the same.
Sometimes financial organisations & banks take longer than the promised time to process the refund request internally. If this is the case, then kindly follow up with them for your pending refund.

How long will it take to process my refund if I opt for a refund after returning the product?

We will process your refund after receipt of the product by DieselShip. You will get an email from Diesel Ship when your return in accepted and your refund is processed.

How and where will I receive my refund amount?

Refunds on DieselShip are made via the following modes:

  • Through cheques to the name given in the order form only. If you want cheque favouring a name other than the registered name then we will request you to send an authorization letter with an identity proof.
  • In case of payments made via online payment gateways, refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment (For eg; back to the credit/debit card account from which the payment was made).

I wanted to return a product. Will DieselShip refund the courier charges?

Yes, absolutely. In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) or a maximum of Rs. 750, whichever is lower and this is applicable only in circumstances when we have sent a wrong guide or a different guide than ordered.
If you opt for a refund for any other reasons we will not refund the courier charges.

Are all products on DieselShip eligible for refund?

Yes. All products on DieselShip are eligible for a replacement/refund except the following:
Questions Bank, Loose books which are not part of any bundle or a set.

What are the timelines for refund?

10 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by DieselShip.

How can I cancel an order?

If the order has not been shipped by us, we will stop shipment and refund the entire order value, as applicable.

Return Policy

Do you have a return policy? Can I return my product after it has reached me?

Yes. DieselShip has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition.
DieselShip has a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product by you.

Are there specific conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected?

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:

  1. Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you
  2. Books are used or is not in its original condition. The books should not contain any marks, scribbles or re-stapled.
  3. Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  4. Product was damaged after use/opening.
  5. Incidental damage for photocopying, re-production etc.
  6. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Note: Replacement is subject to availability of stock with our Business Partner. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate a full refund.

Do I need to return the product in its original box/packaging?

Yes, it’s important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items).

What is the resolution offered in case of returns?

In case of a return, possible solutions are:

  • Replacement of the product with a similar product.
  • Exchange; or.
  • 50% refund of your money.

Can I return any guide purchased from

Yes. You can return any guide except Questions Bank, Loose books that are not part of any Kit or Bundle, E-Books.

Is there a time frame within which I can return the purchased book for a return/replacement?

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must intimate Team DieselShip within 48 hours of receiving the product by you.

Do I need to send the product or can it be collected from my address?

Yes. You need to courier back the complete product set including freebies, Supplement items, DVD’s, CD’s etc. Complete shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. If you send us through COD method we will deduct the COD amount + 15% service charges from the total amount to be refunded.
