Q3. A ship’s fire hose is being tested and the elevation of the hose is 45º. The jet of water is fired over the side of the ship at a speed of 20 m/s as shown in Fig Q3. The horizontal range of the water jet is 65 m. Calculate EACH of the following:

(a) The maximum height above the deck of the ship that the jet of water achieves;

(b) The total time of flight;

(c) The height of the deck above sea level.
