(i) a Boolean expression in its simplest form; (4)
(ii) the logic circuit, with the minimum number of gates; (3)
(iii) the logic circuit, using only NANO gates (crossing out any redundant gates). (3)
(b) Determine EACH of the following, without using a calculator conversion function:
(i) the binary operation 1001101 + 111101; (1)
(ii) the conversion of 101111000102 to hexadecimal; (1)
(iii) the conversion of CABI16 to decimal; (2)
(iv) the hexadecimal operation BCE3 - A2DB. (2)
